Junior Human Resources Coordinator
Junior HR Coordinator Vancouver, BC The Junior Human Resources Coordinator supports the overall goals, objectives and operations of the designated HR portfolio across PHSA. The role maintains primary responsibility of one or multiple HR programs and/or projects, including strategic and confidential initiatives in a complex and changing multidisciplinary environment. Reporting to designated portfolio Leader or designate, the HR Coordinator is responsible for the coordination and implementation of employee programs, projects, special initiatives, knowledge exchange, research, information dissemination, and education for key internal and external partners, including other Health Authorities, and community partners. The role is actively involved in the planning, development, implementation, and evaluation, including attending management meetings, providing feedback and recommendations, of HR projects and strategic initiatives including those related to human resource management. Job Type:Casual full-time hours (37.5 hours per week) Wage:$27.00 - $36.00/hour - as a casual employee, total earnings include an additional 13% in lieu of benefits and paid vacation. The rate for this position would be determined with consideration of the successful candidate’s relevant education and experience, and would be in alignment with the provincial compensation reference plan Location:Vancouver, V6H 1G9 Hours of Work:Monday – Friday (37.5 hours per week) Requisition #TOD05092024 As per the current Public Health Order, full vaccination against COVID-19 is a condition of employment with PHSA as of October 26, 2021.
